At Ankam Luxe, we take pride in delivering high-quality artificial jewellery crafted with care. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return or exchange policy, subject to the terms below.

5-Day Return Window
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 5 days will not be eligible.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To qualify, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Have original packaging, tags, and invoice intact

  • Show no signs of damage, alteration, or wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale events

  • Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, perfume, or improper storage

How to Request a Return or Exchange
  1. Contact our support team within 5 days of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Clear product images (if requested)

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Return Shipping
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

Refund Process
  • After the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated as per policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
